Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unworn and in original condition
    • In original packaging (including jewelry box/pouch and any authenticity cards)
    • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items or final sale items

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within the same 7–14 day window.
  • You can exchange for:
    • A different size (if applicable)
    • A different product of equal or lesser value
    • Store credit for future purchases

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at glimmerstore59@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of item inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless due to damage or error on our part).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right — fast and hassle-free.
